Yes. The 360 Leaders offers customised in-house training courses designed around the specific learning requirements, organisational priorities, and development objectives of companies and teams.

Payment should be completed before the training course commences. Payment instructions will be provided during the registration and invoicing process.

Participants are advised to complete payment within the required timeframe to secure their place. 360 Leaders reserves the right to refuse admission if payment has not been received before the training course begins.

Once your registration has been received, 360 Leaders will normally send confirmation within 24–48 hours.

The confirmation may include joining instructions, an invoice or receipt where applicable, and any other information required before the training course begins.

If you register through the website, you should also receive an email acknowledging your registration.

If a training course is postponed or cancelled by 360 Leaders, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible.

Where applicable, participants may be offered an alternative training date or a full refund of the fees paid for the affected training course.

Yes. You may transfer your registration to another person without an additional charge, provided that The 360 Leaders is notified at least 5 working days before the training course commences.

Yes. You may cancel your registration subject to the following terms:

• More than 10 working days before the training course: Full refund
• 5–10 working days before the training course: 50% refund
• Less than 5 working days before the training course: No refund

We recommend notifying The 360 Leaders as early as possible if you need to cancel your registration.
