About Agile Project Manager Master Class

Training Method
The course begins with agile principles and mindset, exploring why agility matters in a VUCA world and how complexity drives lifecycle choice. It then moves into creating an agile environment, focusing on servant leadership, team performance, and stakeholder engagement.
From there, you'll cover agile planning through the Scrum framework and customer centricity, followed by successful project delivery, including design thinking, monitoring and controlling, contracting, and risk management in agile environments. The course closes with projects and organisational agility, covering what makes an agile organisation, current AI trends, value stream management, and scaling agile across an organisation. Throughout, you'll work through case studies, interactive group exercises, scenario-based learning, and practical tools and templates, so you leave with agile capability ready to apply immediately in your role.
