Fees

The program fee covers instruction, all seminar materials, lunches, and refreshments served during the seminar. It does not include hotel accommodation.

Mode of Payment: Delegates can pay the course fee directly or request an invoice be sent to their company or sponsor. We accept both credit card and cheque payments.

Cancellation / Substitution

Full payment must be made at least 10 days before the program start date. If you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the seminar, a US$250 administration fee will apply. You may nominate a substitute at no extra cost, as long as you notify The 360 Leaders in writing at least one week before the program starts.

Hotel Accommodation

Hotel accommodation is not included in the course fee. A limited number of rooms may be available at a reduced corporate rate for participants who wish to stay at the hotel venue. Requests for hotel reservations should be made at least three weeks before the program starts. All hotel bookings are subject to availability and the hotel's own terms and conditions.

Attendance Certificate

To receive a certificate, including any applicable Continuing Professional Education units or hours, participants must attend all program days and complete all program requirements.

Force Majeure

Circumstances beyond our control may require us to postpone the program, change the venue, or substitute the assigned instructor. The 360 Leaders reserves the right to make these changes when necessary.

Please note: Fees, dates, and speakers may change. The 360 Leaders' liability is limited to reimbursement of paid program fees.
