This course helps professionals integrate sustainability into every level of business strategy, from ESG fundamentals through to stakeholder engagement, CSR reporting, and ethical leadership. You'll start by understanding what it means to lead for a sustainable future and the core components of ESG, then move into stakeholder engagement and the key documents used to manage it. From there, the course covers Corporate Social Responsibility, ESG ratings and reporting standards, ethics and corporate governance, and finishing with best practices learned from the world's most sustainable organisations.

Training Method
The course begins by exploring what it means to lead for a sustainable future, including the history of sustainability and the core components of ESG. It then moves into stakeholder engagement, covering how to identify stakeholders and manage key documents such as registers and communication strategies.
From there, you'll work through CSR planning and reporting, including ESG ratings and global sustainability goals, before exploring ethics and governance in leadership decision-making. The course closes by examining best practices from the world's most sustainable organisations and building your own case for sustainability. Throughout, you'll work through lecture-led sessions, case studies, group discussions, and hands-on activities, so you leave with a personal action plan ready to implement.
